The ideal candidate will have the ability and talent to communicate with customers and have experience with low voltage audio systems, electronics and networks. The candidate should also be working towards some type of education in the field of engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
Tech support: first line in handling technical support questions from customers/dealers/staff via the telephone, e-mail or chat
Review and test our products (e.g. speakers, amplifiers, VSSL app features, networking, etc.)
Assist in software, firmware, and/or hardware development (e.g. speakers, amplifiers, app features)
Process and test returned equipment
Job Requirements:
Working towards education in the field of engineering (electrical, mechanical, computer science)
Must be organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks
Be able to lift at least 45 lbs
Comfortable with technology and a fast learner
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently
Must be a self-starter, possess strong verbal and written communications skills
