Position Overview

Present Siemens LV Switchgear & LV Motors product/ solution offerings; propose value addition, competitive advantages to customers thus increasing the products’ visibility in the market and complete the cycle by order acquisition

Must to have collaborative, consultative and transparent approach towards work

Looking for a seasoned, result driven, dynamic candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with zeal to succeed in challenging environment.
Roles and responsibility
Generating leads in specified regions and territories

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Offer making and presenting same in most favourable way to customer/client

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Negotiation of order and closure while following sales processes

Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Understanding and promoting company programs.

Understanding operational philosophy for various set of customers like Private client, Govt etc

Take care of partner performance and motivate, support him to achieve his business figures in the best possible ways

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Maintaining client records.

Developing excellent reputation with customer / clients

Timely give market and competition feedback to respective colleagues in organization
Sales Representative Requirements
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
The skills, experience and education required are:

Recommended 5 to 11 years of’ experience in Automation Industry

Degree in Engineering Electronics / Electrical / Information Technology / Computer science or any relevant fields

The person must have positive relationship building and interpersonal skills.

The candidate must be a great teammate. This person must be self-motivated and proactive enough keep a focus on the deliverables.
