About The Role
Knorish is used by individual instructors, coaches, celebrities, influencers, and organizations who already understand that knowledge and content packaged well within the right funnel can help them build massive businesses, impact people willing to learn new skills, generate leads and establish thought leadership.
We want to live in a world where anyone with a skill/ knowledge to share can adapt the passion entrepreneur’s lifestyle and organizations see the knowledge – content as their most important asset to generate high-quality leads and thought leadership. You’ll be responsible to create amazing videos – from idea to final execution. Envision the script, and edit filmed footage, source footage from website sources, and use them to create amazing videos for the platform.
Key Responsibilities
These videos may include – promos, instructional, tutorials, course content, and others.
You’ll know handling the basic camera and lighting equipment to produce crisp videos
Work with the team, rather direct the team to deliver high-quality video content, video editing, including animation, special effects.
Produce short video clips and graphics for social media. Creativity should come naturally to you.
Create and build graphics for video projects.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video editing, also assist with monitoring “Live Streaming” of events.
Identify best practices for video edits and evolve daily operations as necessary.
Ensure video delivery follows prompt timelines.
Encoding of video and audio content, video content capture & publishing
Research additional footage, photos, or music needed for video projects.
Development of Multimedia skills to progress role.
We know you’ll make it happen. Here’s what more we need in you :
Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or communications from top-tier colleges or institutions.
2+ years of relevant experience in Ad, design, tech companies.
Expert level hands-on knowledge of Adobe creative suite and other such video editing software and apps.
Use computer editing software programs, video switching devices, digital video effects programs, and other tools to piece together film components
Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes, and additions appear seamless and natural and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product.
Good eye for design, visualization, and graphic design
Interest in video technology, social media, and marketing.
Relevant experience in shooting and editing videos; must have experience in a video production environment
Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specific proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
Ability to work independently
Plus, damn good experience in creating great video experiences for various social advertising channels including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter. A bit of knowledge of SEO Optimisation won’t hurt.
Above all attention to detail, and a natural flair for video editing is all we are asking for. On offer is a great salary package & perks for the right candidate. While we are open to offering a mix of work from the office and work from home, however, all our leadership team is back at the office now where collaboration is much effective working from the same place. We prefer this position to work from the office.
