We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual with a passion for app, web and digital platforms. This person will help support and lead the team in coming up with creative and technical app & web solutions and roadmaps, demonstrating solid strategic thinking and ideation skills built on relevant insights and learnings. They will develop and maintain the app & website platforms with the user in mind. The successful candidate will be reporting to Head of Marketing

Critical Competencies / Critical Success Factors
This person will take ownership from collaboration with stakeholders and business managers, design, delivery, quality assurance to performance, and be responsible for delivering quality standards of the platforms used by the business.
As a Web & Marketing Product Manager, you are an ardent customer advocate within the organisation, your responsibilities include:
Manage the product roadmap for the website and marketing technology for all markets
Oversee and manage lead requirements, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Demonstrate ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems.
Proven success bridging technical/development teams with marketing teams (media, creative, content, operations, brand management, etc.) including the ability to articulate business requirements
Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and project prioritisation per market
Partner with development teams/vendors to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that the team delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
Key Accountabilities
3+ years’ experience leading marketing technology at enterprise scale to achieve business outcomes. Have good experience managing data and technology used in real-time segmentation, personalization and optimization.
At least 2 years of experience as a Digital/Website Product Manager with relevant experience in start-up /digital agencies scaling digital platforms across markets
Passionate about building great digital products and solving customer and business problems
Proven success bridging technical/development teams with marketing teams (media, creative, content, operations, brand management, etc.) including the ability to articulate business requirements
Understands marketing including advertising, acquisition, retention, dynamic ad serving/creative, personalization/segmentation at scale, optimization, data flows, and audience management
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, limited resources and tight deadlines; excellent leadership, delegation and organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Usability and customer-focused design experience is a must
