The Financial Systems Manager – FSM will support Finance teams by managing the delivery of system, process, and data solutions for controllership and operations finance weekly, monthly and close reporting needs. The FSM will serve as a strategic business partner working with business process owners, business units, and IT to design and implement new solutions for reporting on SAP HANA while enhancing and creating new capabilities to existing solutions (SAP/BW). The FSM will stay abreast of emerging technologies and lead in the design, evaluation, testing and implementation of new projects, and other reporting and/or system updates.
The ideal candidate should have a strong reporting experience with experience supporting multiple business partner group and have extensive experience in large scale reporting tools such as Business Objects Analysis/Webi, Tableau, and financial system implementations at an enterprise level. This candidate should possess deep subject matter expertise with reporting producing P&L and B/S statements. Expert knowledge in building and sourcing complex master data, data flows, automated reconciliations, and hierarchies. Ability to create business analytics/modeling for a variety of finance areas.
This position is a management role and will be responsible for concurrent medium to large projects in a matrix leadership environment with frequent report outs to executive stakeholders. The candidate will also support special projects on an ad-hoc basis. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, as well as an acute attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications :
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated expertise and technical proficiency in report design and build.
Working knowledge in using reporting tools like BusinessObjects Webi, BusinessObjects Analysis, Tableau and Power BI or other BI related tools.
Experience in service delivery in a high performing customer service and support organization
