Job Description : ORMB/CCB Solution Architect (Including certifying any development work test results) working with the Business, Delivery, and Operations teams to support development and production activities for new and existing functionality on an ORMB open item accounting phased implementation.
Responsible for sign-off of all solution functional designs and testing results; Accountable for the overall functional solutions related to the following Functional Areas (Customer Information, Billing, Bill Print, EBPP. Financial Transactions, Credit and Collections, Payment Processing & Adjustments)
Reviews all Finance Systems Delivery functional solution designs and ensures all Functional Documents are accurate and up-to-date ( Custom Algorithms, User Exits, Interfaces,,, Configuration)
Open Item accounting expert. Deep understanding of how Bill Segments, Payment Segments and Adjustment FTs (financial transactions) affect match events to determine the amount the customer owes on each of their invoices at a given time.
Aging and Bill Print expert. Deep knowledge of Product pricing configuration and Billable Charge generation processes. Custom Bill Print process expert.
Gather, analyze and documents requirements for Change Requests and new project work as assigned. Develops test cases relevant to the requirements; Tests development items; Triage and log defects; Track defects to resolution; develops work arounds as needed.
Designs new and modified Process flows related to Solution Functional Designs so that all development is properly documented and archived for future reference.
Develop and execute test cases to exercise new and existing functionality. Manages defects using Quality Center.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
