Description and Requirements
Identify incremental revenue stream & Create business plan to drive services revenue
Ownership of emerging routes (Software’s, SAAS & DAAS) -Work with WW & country to create compelling offer for SMB audiences for Software’s SaaS, DaaS
Develop new solutions bundles and subscription with AP services & take concurrence from Countries
Weekly review & action planning with AP Services focal, DG & Country Teams –
Enablement of services on the web with the help of web Production team
Identify Gaps and opportunities in each country by studying customer behavior, product sale, and current attach with channel or Benchmark countries like USA & create action plan.
Create & maintain quarterly promotional calendar & Partner with marketing on overall Services Pen rate improvement through POS/APOS. Provide EDm content & messaging to DG & WPC team.
Plan Tele training on services initiatives and provide Tele script with benefits.
Study data analytics i.e Track Quantum metrics & Adobe and provide action plan to the regions.
Track tele & marketing teams of the regions on implementing quarterly plans
Report on results in weekly business reviews
