Job Description : ResponsibilitiesBuild our digital marketing roadmapManage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistencyMeasure ROI and KPIs and prepare budgetDevelop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interactionOversee our social media accountsManage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google AnalyticsForecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segmentLiaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategiesMotivate digital marketing team to achieve goalsMonitor competition and provide ideas to stand outStay up-to-date with digital technology developmentsRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Digital marketing directorDemonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels functionSolid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practicesHands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM softwareFamiliarity with web designExcellent analytical and project management skillsStrong team management and communication (written and verbal) skillsBSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,036.00 – ₹42,910.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payJoining bonusShift allowanceCOVID-19 considerations:Wear maskEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
