Job Description : Job Description of Lab Technician (Computer Lab):1. Technical support both Staff & Student inside the Computer Lab and to the entire campus.2. Troubleshooting of hardware issues in Desktop, Printers, Scanners, Projectors, WiFi Access points, IP Camera Surveillance and other IT Peripherals.3. Exposure in Desktop Hardware parts removing and re-fixing tasks.4. Installation of Desktop Operating System in Windows/Linux platform.5. Installation of Software.6. Basic Network knowledge in Network Switching, IP addressing and other network accessories to identify issues.7. LAN installations like Crimping, Rack Dressing, Cable Laying and Channeling.8. Maintenance of Wi-Fi Access points and its user privileges.9. Installation and maintenance of IP Camera surveillance systems and recording the footages.10. Documenting of IT Assets, Invoices, Trouble calls and technical solvencies.11. Operations of Video Camera and Photo sessions during seminars/placement drives/functions.12. Cleanliness and migration of IT Products.13. Reporting UPS related issues.Qualification: Diploma in CSE/ECE or B.Sc.
