Job Description

Responsible for designing and programming a small module or a large component and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area. She/he will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. She/he will Lead design discussion in a limited manner.
IDM customized access management solution development using SailPoint, Java, Python, AWS SQS, Lambda and S3.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible to develop IDM (Identity and access management) solutions for diverse applications with heterogenous platforms.
Integrate and onboard OneIDM centralized access management platform to ensure applications are compliance with access management guidelines.
Develop AWS IDM integration solution by using SailPoint IQ, DB, AWS services SQS, S3, Lambda, JSON i.e.
Responsible to create and build SailPoint workflows and design and build AWS SQS queue, S3 and development of Lambda function(s) by using java or python to communication application interface for provisioning and deprovisioning access.
Develop the custom integration IDM Web service/APIs where workflow builder/AWS does not suite application needs.
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles
Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL etc.), using Apache Commons Suite & Maven, SQL Database such as Oracle MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
Hands-on experience with web development using HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS. Also, experience in implementing Java OSGi modules and using an OSGi container.
Develop and enhance self-service access tools for non-critical applications.
While onboarding applications into OneIDM the solution must conform to application’s compliance and programming standards and generate high quality applications in adherence to requirement specifications and resulting solution design.
Provide guidance to developers with either planning and execution and/or design architecture using agile methodologies such as SCRUM
Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks.
Able to effectively direct and mentor others in critical thinking skills. Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices
Understand the impact of code changes to the existing code base while planning and making changes without disturbing existing application code.
Follow and maintain the deadlines of development and quality assurance.
Implement design patterns and other software development concept based on coding practices in the system to enhance the overall productivity of the ecosystem.
Maintain a productive working environment for development team(s).
Maintain documentation on all integrations.
Merge new/refactored code into central code repository following client’s DEVOPS standards.
Support best practices and enterprise standards to satisfy compliance, reduce risk, and deliver a world class API to enterprise application developers.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Participate in detailed design and implementation planning.
Collaborate with the IAM and Security Teams in writing Functional, Solution and Integration Design Documents.

Job Requirements
Extensive expertise AWS cloud services like SQS, S3, Lambda.
Expertise in AWS IAM User setup and configuration.
Experience with in JSON.
Extensive expertise in SailPoint identity IQ
Expertise in programming languages Java and Python at a minimum.
Expertise in databases such as Oracle, AWS RDS, Redshift, MSSQL, and MySQL.
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience in Microsoft Azure.
Experience in LDAP directory services.
Experience in an Agile Development environment.
Experience with Java/J2EE, Python, web application development and API design patterns.
Working knowledge with SAML, OIDC, and OAUTH.
Strong experience with deployment and version control tools including Git and Jira.
Sound knowledge of Java Microservices, data models, and both synchronous and asynchronous systems.
Independent contributor with strong written and oral communication skills.
Be open to learning new things, adapting, and learning from others.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
