Job Description : Responsibilities include:
Simultaneously manage multiple project deliverables including new business initiatives, digital agenda, location strategy, and control reviews, and track to successful delivery, generating business workflows and plans that assure that our goals can be achieved.
Participate, lead and conceptualized, when needed, in strategic business priorities which will be value adding to the team.
Ensure that monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables is current and complete
Facilitate meetings with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to drive progress against initiatives and to accomplish end goals.
Assist with ad hoc requests and tasks by ensuring completion under tight timelines.
Able to conduct necessary process reviews and identify and drive possible solutions.
Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Qualifications
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution
Demonstrate ability to articulate business requirements, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to compare complex alternatives and select a solution
Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities
High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles and accepts accountability
Ability to work outside of normal business hours, as required, during critical phases of a project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of digital tools such as Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau etc. will be added advantage.
