Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to lead the planning and strategy development across all digital channels for our online brand (www.myamcat.com).
As a Digital marketing head, you’ll be owning entire online brand’s revenue and responsible for establishing a connected digital ecosystem that will build brand awareness and enhance Amcat’s reputation as a leading global employability assessment.

Responsibilities
Build Amcat’s digital marketing roadmap
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our revenue share
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget accordingly
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
Oversee our social media accounts
Manage and improve online traffic and content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Liaise with Product, Design and Sales heads to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Requirements
Proven work experience in Digital Marketing space
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Proven track record of achieving online revenue
Hands on team management experience
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Familiarity with web design/UI/UX
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
MBA in marketing, Digital marketing or relevant field
Qualifications/ Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree holder
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
