SUMMARY
Manage remote implementations of SAP Concur Standard Expense service and extended services for North America based clients. Manage complete implementations project lifecycle within aggressive timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality & client satisfaction. This position will be based out of Concur’s Bangalore office and requires working hours & days aligned to support North American clients that are based on the Standard/Professional Platform.
ROLE:
Schedule and conduct client project calls: – Sample client calls given below, miscellaneous calls might be addedConfiguration call: Review timelines and key milestones, provide consultation on set up of Expense service via the Setup Wizard, provide access to Deployment Toolkit, facilitate processing of appropriate system setup forms and address questionsAdministrative call: Review Company Card Admin & Concur Reporting tools, provide Reporting & Support registration assistance
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Manage multiple simultaneous implementations with timelines. Address any issues while adhering to Concur’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early
Handhold the clients through various stages of the project, and handoff to client support organization.
Communicate Project status to Implementation Services Managers & Client administrators.
Provide consultative expertise to the client, including guiding clients through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (regular course), preferably in accounting or information systems / financial background / accounting industry backgroundMinimum 3 years of work experience. Knowledge or experience on SAP Concur products preferred. Familiarity with financial, HR and payroll systems a plusPrevious experience in a role managing projects & interacting with clients on implementations / project managementFull life-cycle financial implementation experience preferredProven ability to comfortably discuss accounting and financial concepts with clients, including executivesExcellent communication skills with ability to interact, understand & consult with clientsStrong trouble-shooting skills/problem solving skills
