• Plans, designs and executes items in own area. Coordinates activities within own responsibility area with e-2-e view.
Works on gaining in-depth knowledge of the NE integrations owned as well as the overall system, not limited to the responsibility area .Owns the quality of deliverables and works towards Virtual Zero level of qualityCoaches other team members in solving basic engineering problemsParticipates in reviewsIdentifies problem areas within components and actively works to fix themMust have a go getter attitude and result oriented approach.
