Job Description : Global Head of Supply Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced Global Head of Supply Partnerships to join our fast-paced, growing AdTech business. You will be responsible for forging, growing and maintaining supplier relationships and supplier contracts on a global scale throughout our global offices including UK, US, Italy, Netherlands, India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities

Management of Global Supply Relationships

Actively forging and maintaining needed supplier relationships
Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts that enable each region to meet strategic objectives
Ensure we have in place suitable communication mediums for troubleshooting with supply partners

Campaign Support

Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting campaign supply concerns
Provide guidance to team members on troubleshooting and campaign support procedures
Develop operational framework for team support structure per region
Ensure the supply team is working closely with the Technical Account Management team to meet client objectives and KPIs

3rd Party Technology Vendors

Ensuring we are getting the most out of each product / technology vendors

Team & Leadership

Train and develop 2 x supply managers, responsible for supporting the largest blis markets

Cost Saving, Margin Maintenance & Procurement

Create and define a preferred supply partner list – review quarterly progress
Ensuring delivering revenue is being prioritised towards supply deals to hit targets
Work with finance to secure annual renewal and negotiation of tech vendor contracts
Ensure margin targets / global strategic business goals are met
Enable and facilitate day-to-day management of supply margin across global regions via team

New Product Launches

Supporting the supply side of new propositions e.g. in-game advertising, CTV etc.
Development of global and regional App-Ads.txt supply strategy for PMP offering
Development of ‘premium’ offerings across all buying models
Support client needs on self serve offering – facilitate needed supply relationships from clients
Rate card curation support, ensuring regions have well positioned pricing

Supply Quality

Designing methods, criteria and frameworks for reviewing inventory quality
Collaborate with CS heads to Increase scale and quality of inventory across all territories
Agree and support strategy for each region with local CS/Ops Heads

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to drive action.
Strong working knowledge of Ad network/Ad exchange/DSP/SSP/Publisher ecosystems
Strong understanding of how the advertiser side consumes the inventory from the publisher side within the programmatic space
Experience in managing and leading a team, providing a vision and clear KPIs that dial into wider business strategy
Proven track record of partnering with campaign managers & account managers to achieve yield optimization results while maintaining client KPIs.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modeling.
Experience in developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.
Excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple urgent requests and prioritize responsibilities.
Familiarity with CRM and AdTech systems (DSP. SSP. DMPs, verification vendors etc.)
A proven ability to do both tactical work and set an overall strategy with group initiatives
