Job Description : SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Primary responsibility is to provide support to corporate FP&A team based in the US in analysing firm-wide data using various tools. You will be responsible to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, interpret, and deliver corporate management reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual means for business leaders, including senior executives.
Apply technology and statistical tools to identify, interpret, and analyze key drivers of firm profitability by product/investment team and by geography/channel.
Coordinate and prepare ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis related to Invesco’s strategic priorities and growth strategy, including performance benchmarking and special projects.
Analyze firm-wide, regional, and functional monthly financial results and relevant trends to identify and understand risks to achieve the firm’s financial objectives- recommend actions to improve the firm’s financial outlook
Partner with the FPA Cprporate team, Investor Relations, regional and functional leadership teams to report and analyze Invesco’s monthly Assets under Management, periodic large flows, net revenue, and yield results
Perform monthly review of new and modifications to the finance product hierarchy including partnering with Investment Strategy and regional teams on ensuring the integrity of product data governance structure
Prepare and supervise product business cases, performance, and key attributes at the global level
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in Analytics or Data Scientist
Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
Background in market research and project management
Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx)
Superb communication skills
Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
Attention to detail
Problem-solving aptitude
Should be capable enough to take care of all the onsite and offshore queries and be able to resolve it independently
Participate in Continuous improvements projects under the direction of the supervisor
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork
WORK EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and management reporting
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field or A Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation in Accounting or Finance.
Reporting tools: Excel/Macros/Oracle/Hyperion.
Tableau and Alteryx certification will be a plus
