Job Description : Minimum 10 years in admin manager roleOffice maintenance- manage cleaning of 2 towers at Gurgaon office, mange upkeep of assets like DG Set, Lifts, LT panels, electricity and plumbing etcThird Party staff management-like CBRE/SLV Staff- related to Housekeeping, Pantry and SecurityFollow up and negotiate best rates by taking 2-3 quotes from the vendors related to Admin purchases like- Grocery, cleaning material, printing stationery, couriers, cab provders, hotels etcAMC of all the equipment installed in the officeAll statutory compliance – like LIFT NOC, FIRE NOC etc.Festival /event management and manage customer visits- their food, cab, hotel bookings etcTo resolve pending matters/disputes, if any, with any Admin related vendorsTo coordinate with Staff for resolving their Admin related mattersFollow approval matrix and budget estimatesStrictly follow processes and improve them in the best interest of the company with management approvalsAll the above jobs for all 3 destinations in India which is Gurgaon, Bangalore and TirupurJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shift
