Our client is a leader in sports technology, providing experience services in various sports to customers all over the world. They have multiple brands under their banner and are based in Mumbai. Currently, they are looking to hire VP- Admin for their Mumbai location to manage commercial space as well as satellite offices around the world

Job Description
Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for:

Managing administration and facilities management in a commercial building larger than 10,000 sq ft
Executing end to end projects from identification of requirements to completion
Providing insights for communicating with local authorities for work completion
Setting up new offices in global locations and managing end to end requirements
Providing expertise in Compliance and license for buildings and spaces
Leading initiatives like workplace management, experiences and celebrations
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you are an experienced professional in administration, Compliance, space management and communicating with various stakeholders in order to manage commercial spaces. You have 12+ years of experience in managing office or commercial spaces and you have solid experience in executing a project from identifying requirements to fulfilment. Your skills include facility management, working with vendors for various supplies, security and other workspace related services. You have an excellent track record you are great at handling teams, and you are a great leader ready for their next challenge.
