Position Summary
Serves OEC as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Greets and welcomes visitors, answers incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate associates, maintains security and office supplies, distributes mail and other correspondence, and provides administrative and/or project support for various departments.

Job Description
1. Represents OEC to customers and the public in a welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
2. Greets arriving visitors and notifies receiving OEC party of visitor arrival; maintains security by following procedures, monitoring visitor log, and issuing visitor badges.
3. Relays written and/or verbal messages as required.
4. Prepares work area for new hires and ensures work area is cleaned upon termination and moves.
5. Orders and maintains key cards.
6. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
7. Plans and implements associate social activities; assists Human Resources and Branding & Culture departments in the planning and implementation of engagement activities.
8. Schedules conference rooms upon request; coordinates and resolves room booking conflicts as necessary to accommodate business priorities.
9. Trains relief associates in aspects of basic receptionist duties to ensure position has appropriate back-up support.
10. Provides administrative and/or project support to other departments of the company as time permits, including but not limited to: compiling company mailings, photocopying and faxing, or collecting sign-up information and/or payments for special events.

Experience & Skills

At least 3 years professional office work experience required; preferably in a similar capacity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a Must.
Demonstrated ability to greet others in a positive, warm, and welcoming way, and maintain tact and professionalism while responding to continuous multiple events simultaneously.
Must have excellent communication skills, be able to enunciate clearly and concisely, and respond with a sense of urgency.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, make sound decisions and attend to detail.
Observe professional etiquette and appearance.
