Job Description : FRONT END DEVELOPERWe are looking for a passionate Front End Developer who is ready to join our team, take new responsibilities and grow fast with Digital Prizm. Your main responsibility is to build Front-End systems with an emphasis on scale and speed. You will collaborate with the designers, other developers and the business to design and implement new and exciting products. You will also be involved in reviewing other engineers’ code to maintain and improve code quality.Scope & Responsibilities :Lead the front end web app development that will be utilized by hundreds of clientsSuggest UI and designs with potential A/B testing to continuously improve users’ experienceWeb app maintenance and bug fixes (the non-avoidable stuff 😉 )Initiate new projects and ideas that can be developed in to new features or productExplore new technologies that can complement the current stackSkills & Characteristics :At least 2 years of hands on work experience in software developmentMUST HAVE: At least 2 years Front-end React / Vue (Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.)MUST HAVE: Experience working with State Management Library (Redux / Vuex) , Router (React Router / Vue Router) and ES6 featuresFamiliar with Frontend modern toolchains (Webpack, Babel, …) or similar onesSolid understanding of the CSS3, HTML5, SASS, GitExperience with RESTful APIsExperience in Nuxtjs, Next.js and Tailwind is a plusExperience with Typescript is a plusExperience with Test Libraries is a plusIf you follow TDD methodology for development, its a bonusExperience with Docker is a plusDrive for learning and continuous personal developmentProgressive and independent thinkingCompetent communication and English skillsAttention to detailsDigital design and UI skills is a plusExperience in leadership and team management is a plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹412,377.00 – ₹1,607,369.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All staff must wear masks at all times in office premises and follow all Covid-19 precautions.Successful candidates need to produce negative PCR test results taken just before starting work from office.Experience:Front-end React / Vue: 2 years (Required)
