Job Description : Bombay Powerco is a company working in the E-Mobility sector in the capacity of Electric Vehicle Charger Manufacturers. With the onset of electric mobility across the world, we are committing our efforts to developing EV charging infrastructure in India with our ultramodern and ground breaking charging devices.Our first product line is on the verge of certification and we plan to begin deployment of our products in this quarter itself.With respect to this, we are looking to hiring full time employees for various job profiles.Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidates would be required to study the EV industry and the need for creating Charging Infrastructure for smooth e-Mobility adoption. The candidates would be expected to fully learn the policies and pulse of the EV industry and prove their competence during the probation period in order to get a confirmed position in the organisation.Post this initial period, the candidates would be working on hardcore marketing and sales operations in order to enhance the sales of the company.The candidates’ job would be to:1) Create marketing presentations for sales pitches.2) Continuously upgrade and improve these marketing pitches on the basis of changes and in the market.3) Keep a track and stay updated on latest happenings in the industry.4) Strategising lead generation for enhancing sales.5) Strategising the digital marketing medium.6) Cold calling potential customers and generating inhouse leads.7) Converting leads into direct sales by meeting the potential customers and pitching them about the product.8) Explore and strategise further mediums of sales of the company’s products.9) All other sales and marketing duties.Key Skills: Strong IQ and EQ, eloquent and good articulation skills, impressive persona and positive attitude, willingness to learn and excel, ability to work within deadlines, courage to think and work out of the box.Required Experience and Qualifications: Junior: Current/Alumni BBA/BMS/BMM students.0-2 years of marketing experience.Strong working track on Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint, Excel and word.Should have proof of any creative project worked on in the past. References will add further advantage.Excellent writing and communication skills.Basic knowledge of accounting and finance will be an advantage.Any experience in Consumer Durables or Automobile Industry will be an advantage.Senior: Current/Alumni MBA Marketing.At least 4-5 years of marketing/sales experiencePositive track record at past organisations.Strong working track on Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint, Excel and word.Should have proof of any creative project worked on in the past. Testimonials will add further advantage.Excellent writing and communication skills.Basic knowledge of accounting and finance will be an advantage.Any experience in Consumer Durables or Automobile Industry will be an advantage.Remuneration: The pay scale would be semi-variable having a fixed component and also depending on the number of sales conversions. Performance and rewards will be directly proportional.
