Job Description : Job Summary

Software Engineer will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, resilient features for our cloud management SaaS product. At a high-level, we work with React / Javascript, C#/.NET and SQL Server all running on AWS infrastructure. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an Agile Scrum team to help produce high-quality and well-designed solutions for maintaining existing Core features and addressing customer issues.

Job Requirements

Work closely with other talented engineers to build and develop scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions
Collaborate closely with support, customer success, and product to identify and solve challenging problems
Investigate customer found defects, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions in a timely manner
Provide support for ongoing maintenance of Core product features
Participate in design and code reviews
Additional duties and projects as required by the business

Education

Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar degree required, or equivalent industry experience
1-3 years relevant industry experience
Familiarity with several of our core development tools & technologies, including C#, Git, Javascript, AJAX, SQL Server, React.js, AngularJS, CSS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Terraform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Agile software development
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving
Working knowledge of software design patterns and anti-patterns
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
Highly motivated, collaborative, and possessing an entrepreneurial mind
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills
