Job Description : The prime role of the Head of an Academic Department is to provide strong academic leadership. The Head of Department is required to lead, manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activitiesFormation of strategy & plans at faculty level.Develop time table, assign teaching roles to trainers.Effective management of trainers & teaching assistants’ daily attendance monitoring, ensuring trainer quality.Organize weekly faculty meetings, orientation, training & workshops.Conduct monthly performance appraisal/evaluation for the trainers.Coordinate with other Academic departments in sharing faculty & other educational & institutional ideas.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payPerformance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Training Centre Managers: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
