Job Description : Armina Stone is the largest stone manufacturing company in WesternPennsylvania. We provide granite, quartz, and marble countertops with material we procure from around the world. The company has three locations in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Two slab showrooms in Cranberry and Robinson Township and a showroom and manufacturing facility in Cheswick PA. We are looking for an Accountant to join our team to manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities and tackle special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hard-working, and technologically proficient.An excellent opportunity to be a part of the strongest and fastest-growing countertop company in the region.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required). CPA is a plus.Five years or more experience required.Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications with high proficiency in Excel.Manage all communications professionally and efficiently with careful regard to the divulgence of any confidential information.Ability to work in an organized manner and consistently follow-up on tasksStrong written and oral communication skills.Superb multitasking and effective communication messaging skills.Inventory reconciliation experienceAbility to work independently and manage one’s time.Knowledge of accounting and financial softwareResponsibilities but not limited to: Monitor accounts receivable, and maintain internal financial controls and processesAccounts payable, enter purchase orders and invoices in system.
