Job Description : Seeking an entry level Accounting Associate to join our accounting and finance team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be focused on supporting our Accounting Department and enjoys a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Follow our company’s established accounting processes
Support accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy
Managing daily financial transactions
Performs other accounting and finance duties as required

Requirements
Entry level position; minimum 2-year college or associate’s degree
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Basic proficiency in oral and written English
Strong analytical skills; extremely organized with great attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities

Preferred
Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year degree
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system
Basic understanding of databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
