Analyst, Digital Marketing

What this job involves:

Do you live and breathe digital? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate industry. As a part of the Analytics team, you will be working with the team to continuously improve our marketing efforts by providing actionable insights helping with data driven decision making. You will be responsible for end to end execution of all analytics initiatives working with teams around the globe.

Mapping business requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on implementing measurement strategies that align with business objectives, producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering periodical, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The successful candidate will come from a web analytics background with an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential.

Teamwork
Being a part of the analytics team, teamwork is essential. Your overall support will ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects which is very crucial. Great communication skills are mandatory.

Flawless expertise

We are looking at an SME with 2+ years of experience. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills. Ability to learn, adapt and excel upon guidance and able to lead projects independently, guide junior teammates and bring to the table industry best practices.

Immaculate knowledge

To excel in this role, you need the following:
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications.
Experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas to manipulate large data sets, macros/advanced functions)
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment
High level of experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AWR, Google Search Console, Ignition One, Demandbase, Supermetrics)
High level of experience working with Google AdWords and other paid search platforms
High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social media.
Experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) like Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce, etc.
Knowledge of data visualization (DOMO, Google Data Studio, Tableau) are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman’s terms
Ability to play a consulting role with stakeholders. Offer solutions, best practices and provide guidance to ensure highest quality of production.
Knowledge of databases, statistics are a plus.
