Job Description : ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIESCampaign Management & Optimization:Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns using Google Adwords, Facebook and Programmatic toolsLearn and implement campaigns on new Digital Advertising platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Quora, Reddit etcDrive campaign success metrics including CTR, CPC and CPA by closely monitoring delivery and analyticsWork with internal teams to drive client satisfactionCoordinate with the Operations Head and Finance to ensure a smooth invoicing of campaigns.Work closely with Digital Advertising platform teams to improve campaign deliveryClient Servicing and Account Management:Be the SPOC for the clients handledUnderstand client’s marketing objectives and translate to campaigns on different Digital Advertising platformsExplore upsell opportunities with existing clientsUpdating clients and internal teams on a regular basis about the performance of the campaigns.Initiatives:Share, educate and assist the internal team members and clients with relevant insights to improve the company’s offeringsSurvey digital landscape for additional tools/environments to partner with to drive client resultsQUALIFICATIONS1-3 years of experience/relevant courseworkExperience working in Business Analytics highly preferredPrior experience working on client proposals and presentations would be a big plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Maintaining Social distance in the seating arrangement of the employees, Sanitizing in a regular basis.Application Question(s):What is your Current CTC?(in LPA)What is your expected CTC?(in LPA)What is your Notice period?(in Days)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
