Job Description : Description :Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged incalculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain and recordfinancial data for use in maintaining accounting and statisticalrecords. Directs financial activities at Hirotec by performing thefollowing duties.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Analyzing and reviewing the Project Financials monthlywith the Project managers2.Assist the Manager in Monthly closing activitiesincluding Preparation of profit and loss statements and Balance sheetand schedules thereof3Assists Operations with cost and revenuereconciliations.4.Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementationof accounting and accounting control procedures.5.Analyze and review budgets and actual expenditures6.Assist in preparing budget, revenue, expense, payrollentries, invoices, and other accounting documents.7.Assist in analyzing revenue and expenditure trends andfor recommending appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditurecontrol.8.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies tostaff, vendors and clients.9.Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies10.Supervise the input and handling of financial data andreports for the company’s automated financial systems.11.Interact with internal and external auditors incompleting audits.12.Establishes, modifies, and coordinates implementation ofcontrol procedures.13. Audits contracts, orders and, vouchers, and preparesreports to substantiated individual transactions prior to settlements14.Assisting in analysing and taking sufficient steps toensure that the Company’s assets and employees are properly insured15. Monitoring the Cash flow of the company and propermanagement of cash and highlighting the borrowing requirements as andwhen needed16.Focus on Advanced Technology and provide inputs forefficiency improvements17.Coordinate with Team members to do all Statutory filingsin time.18.Other duties as assignedADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES1.Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff2. Assisting the Manager in Management of Day todayAccounting function3. Interact with Purchasing and ensure Accounts payable areproperly recorded in time and Accounts payables are managed well4.
