Job Description : Job Purpose We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with restaurants. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp clients’ needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.Duties and Responsibilities Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively manage existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for Rezoy AppSchedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfiedSustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the cityManage day-to-day operations of the sales team and help ease any operational roadblocks for the team;You must achieve the financial and non-financial goals in your assigned area through new client acquisition and upselling by leading and motivating your team of sales managers, providing expert advice to the team on our product as well as during partner escalations, and assisting them in dealing with the restaurants, real-time, on a need basis.Support your team in their efforts to meet monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating partner needs with business operations;Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same *Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships.Responsible for training new recruits, especially Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Backend teams and mentoring them.Responsible for number of orders per restaurants and maintain a consistent order growth through innovative sales strategies and ensure your team achieve the same Ensure to receive adequate discounts from partners for competitive pricing as value in Rezoy app and its customers.Analyse, calculate, strategize day to day market trends especially growth blocker and growth opportunities and take necessary proactive planning/strategies for consistent growth opportunitiesTrack all competitor discounts, offering’s, market tactics and take all necessary measures to ensure Rezoy is not affected and come up with innovative solutions to outsmart.Ensure the sales team members are clear on the performance expectations; Monitor the team and provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding their job performance. Keep them motivated to perform on deliverables;Review industry trends and client feedback continuously to anticipate future market needs, and provide accurate information to all stakeholders.Achieve targets given time to time and make sure team members achieve the same Support all new products & other vertical initiatives by Rezoy and do whatever it takes and ensure its success.Assist, support and involve in all launch planning activities and ensure successful launch of new cities.Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid resource planning and problem-solving skillsReadiness to demonstrate a proactive attitudeStrong organizational skillsCapacity to train and guide junior team membersProven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship ManagerProven track record of meeting and exceeding targets *Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plusEducational Qualification Graduation/Post GraduationAdditional Requirements 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account ManagementA competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurants partner with usShould be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of lifeAttitude & Aptitude for SalesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Sales & Business Development Managers: 5 years (Preferred)E-Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)
