Job Description : Fagioli, Inc. is looking for a Full Cycle Accountant to manage all financial transactions for its two foreign entities in Canada and in Mexico. The successful candidate for this role has previous experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration. He/She is a self-starter professional, familiar and comfortable performing all Accounting functions, including but not limited to monitoring costs incurred, reconciling vendor and customer accounts, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing process, and working with local independent auditors.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactionsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsSupport with monthly, quarterly and annual closingsAssist in generating and analyzing Balance Sheet and P&L StatementsAudit financial transactions and supporting documentationReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsTravel up to 10% of the time to Canada and to MexicoSkillsWork experience as an AccountantSolid knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software (ERP a plus)Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeFluent in English and SpanishAuthorized to work in the United States without needs for future sponsorship by the companyAble to travel internationally with no restrictionsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Manvel, TX 77578: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Accounting: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Spanish (Required)Work Location: One location
