Job Description : We are looking for Social Media Community Manager in Corporate strategy & Corporate Affairs unit based out of Global Business Service (GBS), Bangalore, India. About the department
The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The CCA GBS unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of pipelines in multiple therapy areas.
The position
A social media community manager will be responsible for social media channel management and governance as well as handling of data privacy (GDPR) and ad hoc insight requests.
Drive day to day community management across Novo Nordisk’s corporate social media channels
Manage community management processes
Social media account management
Support insights and metrics
Qualifications
Graduate from university, with documented experience in content/campaign execution, earned/owned and paid media strategies, community management.
Min 3 years of social media management experience
Communication & customer service experience preferably within healthcare
Understanding of paid/earned/owned media strategies
Good knowledge of traffic data, metrics and KPIs
Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR
Knowledge of community management systems (preferably Sprinklr) and campaign management tools (Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn & Youtube Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
Hands-on knowledge of the following applications – including but not limited to:
Major social media channel’s business managersMicrosoft 365Analytics systems and toolsContent/Community management systems
