We love working with specialists who blend intelligence and heart, who are antsy to implement automation as a means for efficiency, with the motive of elevating the strategic impact only a human can bring to the table.We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our awesome team to handle complete digital marketing for our events and our e-commerce website.As a Digital Marketing specialist at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy on Google, Social Media & Marketplace platforms.JOB REQUIREMENTS:2+ years’ experience working on robust social media plans, managing and executing content on mainstream channels, to include Instagram, Facebook and YouTube;2+ years’ relevant Marketing experience in a professional environment; Ecommerce preferredExperience in building, measuring and reporting on paid social media campaigns including campaigns optimized for conversionExperience identifying and building target audiences with the goal of growing audiencesPassion for content creationJOB RESPONSIBILITIESGoogleBelow are some of the responsibilities a Google Ads expert is expected to assume in their position, Complete Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre.· Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns· Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages· Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)· Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns· Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI· Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices· Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility· Collaborate with designers for ads creatives.Facebook & InstagramBelow are some of the responsibilities a Facebook & Instagram expert is expected to assume in their position, Complete Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager· Managing our IP’s complete social media accounts.· Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns· Understanding funnels and digital marketing strategies for our website www.rocknrolloriginals.com· Audience research, audience building and ad creation· Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS – both short and long term.· Identify new opportunities to increase conversions regularly· Update management via weekly emails, calls, and reports on the current status of accounts, successes and strategies moving forward. Respond to all communications in a timely manner· Participate in all team meetings – daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly· Setup, verify and troubleshoot pixels· Understanding Google Tag Manager is a plus· Creating Insta Reels with the support of our designers.Marketplace Platforms Experience in paid customer acquisition environments is required, but we understand that it might be hard to come to the table with the level of Amazon expertise you’ll need. A background in Google Ads PPC management supports a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing the marketing mix and will give you a solid foundation for learning the intricacies of Amazon PPC.
