A Digital Marketing Coordinator works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence by creating a successful social marketing strategy for our partners’ clients. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who communicates effectively, understands the importance of online marketing, and has a proficient knowledge of social media platforms. They must also be comfortable creating online content and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is a valuable asset.ResponsibilitiesWork with our partners to bolster their business by providing fulfilment services to their small and medium-sized business clients.Respond to positive and negative reviews on behalf of the local businesses on a daily basisTrack all completed and pending work within our task management platformProvide world-class customer service for our partners and their clientsMaintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clientsShare knowledge with the team at large and offer training and guidance to new team membersCreate and publish social media content for many businesses in a variety of verticals as requiredProvide cross-functional assistance to other departments within Marketing Services as required (training will be provided)Complete all expected fulfilment work by deadlines as outlined in the SLAsSkills and QualificationsStrong writing and proofreading skills are a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as collaborate within a teamBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experienceAvailability to work evenings is considered an asset, although not requiredResponsible for the following KPIs: Quantity and quality of content scheduledReviews completedReview Request projects completed monthlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
