ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be the marketing lead for the APAC region, working externally to drive brand awareness and leads, and internally by leveraging many of the other functions operating out of India.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage proactively with Global marketing teams to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programs and assets
Understand customer requirements and market opportunities to shape compelling programs
Customize centrally created programs for local deployment
Take ownership and accountability for the planning & execution of marketing programs to drive the pipeline & other defined goals / KPls for the Indian and broader APAC markets
Manage local marketing budget
Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to India-focused marketing programs, including events and services, digital marketing agencies, advertising and content publishers, designers, and copywriters
Leverage key partnerships at the strategic level, and executional level to extend program impact
Capture and analyze local market and buyer insights
Ability to work across different areas of marketing, whether it be industry events, product marketing, writing content or media.
Analyze local pipeline volume, performance and forecasts, including specific views for segments and sales reps
Identify local lead routing and scoring requirements and changes
Support corporate marketing and communications initiatives by working with internal teams such as HR, Learning & Development, Product and Engineering.
Become the expert on client operations and delivery within India, with the goal of bringing those experiences to life through storytelling.

The individual will work closely with a large array of internal stakeholders, operating at a strategic level with Marketing and Sales leaders, and Solution, Product and Delivery teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years experience in marketing roles demonstrating integrated marketing, planning and management experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment
Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and be able to confidently communicate and work collaboratively with peers and executives
Ability to build & execute a marketing strategy with clear goals & objectives that align with the company’s business and supports growth targets.
Ability to source and assess data from multiple inputs. to deliver true insight highly competitive and dynamic environment
A strategic thinker, result-oriented, with strong project management and execution skills
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with a broad range of colleagues and executives across different regions
Enthusiasm, tenacity and clarity of thoughts and deeds in the face of occasionally challenging and ambiguous situations.
10-15% travel for industry events and conferences, as well as internal events
