Job Description : Job SummaryWe are looking for Teachers for our reputed pre-school in Perungudi & Kandanchavadi – OMR. We need enthusiastic candidates who can provide a fun and enriching learning environment which takes care of the cognitive, physical, personal, social, and emotional developmental needs of the children placed under her care.Responsibilities and DutiesMaintains required reports and records for every child in the classEnsures that resources are utilized effectively and works towards minimizing wastagePlay a key role in enhancing the appeal of the centre/class with age-appropriate displays, learning resources and fun and enriching activitiesIs well versed with the school policies and ensures that the school policies are always adhered to.Ensures that regular and relevant communication is sent out to parents.Ensures that the class is fun and enriching for children by thinking out of the box while planning activities and sessions.Ensures that the lesson plans and activities are planned.Ensures that the lesson plan is implemented and keep children constructively always occupied throughout the day.Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out regularly.Ideating, planning, and executing events, trips, celebrations etc. along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar.Ensures the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the child along with the other teaching and non-teaching staff.Guiding assistant teachers and support staff and giving them feedback as required.Notifying Centre head of any areas of concern.Interacting with parents to discuss child’s progress and other needs during PTMs and on a need basisRequired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications0-2 yrs. of teaching experienceGood communication skillsJob Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:The teacher should be administered 2 dosages of vaccines.Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
