Job Description : What you’ll need
We are looking for a resourceful individual who will be able to lead a vision through analysing the business and innovation with the ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans. We are looking for excellent technical acumen, and the ability to convert plans into solutions that work in order to achieve customer success. It’s critical that you have great communication and very well able to work in a team. You will use your skills and expertise to work on various assignments together with your colleagues.

Because of your relations at our customers you are able to build out solutions and to build trust.
Planning & Organizing. To be successful in turbulent surroundings, you need to plan and organise your work as a pro. Inform others (like customers and colleagues) and make sure that everything is going as planned.
The rest of the Marketing Cloud team is located in Istanbul (Turkey) and together you’ll deliver all Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You, together with the team of Istanbul, report to the team located in Amsterdam.

You’ll be working within the TomTom Consumer CRM team, existing out of 8 dedicated people. You will be the technical lead within this team, the go-to person for any question regarding SFMC. Within the CRM team we have currently people from all over the world working remotely, such as from Amsterdam, Spain and Istanbul. From interns to developers, to communication coordinators to the digital marketing manager The knowledge is widely spread and every day we have a short stand-up call to discuss the day planning and to catch up about life in general. Because, there is also more to life than just work 😉
Because Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects tend to start off complex, you have the superpowers to simplify it into smaller goals and convert it into actionable plans for integration and execution. Many of our implementations touch on other clouds and tools that other development teams work with, such as Sales, Service or Data Science. Does working on projects in which you shape customer journeys shoulder to shoulder with marketers, designers and data scientists make you happy? Then this is the place to be!
As a CRM member you will work closely with a larger team, containing roughly 20 industry professionals from all corners of life. You will be able to learn from the best and the opportunities for growth and personal development will be made possible if you have the ambition to match.
