Job Description : OverviewResponsible for entering all aspects of financial management for the company, including simple and complex accounting, treasury operation and financial strategy. Responsible for entering of the company’s accounting department; g/l accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, FP&AMinimum Requirements or competenciesReconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Work with customers and vendors to resolve late payment issues.Reconcile balance sheet accounts.Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.Maintain a weekly pay sheet for vendors calling for payment.Maintain vendor and customer files.Reconciling and correcting job costing work orders entered daily.Report any price/quantity discrepancies to warehouse manager or salesman.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
