Job Description : We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.Kindly note it’s a Contract job.Technical support troubleshoot technical issues and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.To manage, maintain, and repair IT systems.Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.Identifying hardware and software solutions.Troubleshooting technical issues.Resolving network issues.Installing and configuring hardware and software.Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.Supporting the roll-out of new applications.Managing multiple cases at one time.Testing and evaluating new technologies.Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
