It is critical for Amex to deliver its value proposition in the most effective way, manage experiences at a brand and product level and ensure processes are strengthening to ensure we deliver value at every point.

This role involves driving digital engagement, Web & mobile app management to increase CM engagement. The candidate also gets exposure to customer engagement via social media marketing as well as larger media campaigns to drive online commercial billings.
Purpose of the role:
Drive customer engagement by introducing new digital capabilities and drive engagement via new and existing digital platforms.
Develop & execute the communication strategy to engage card members & drive awareness & billings promoting offers, Amex capabilities (Mobile App, Experiences App, Web).
Manage & drive digital capabilities: Collaborate closely with teams across content, capabilities and platform owners for web, app, etc. for the market (new feature role outs) and drive App & web adoption and usage in the market.
Understand user journey with an objective to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with the brand teams on creative development across various marketing channels such as Email, SMS, Social Media etc.
Create and manage new and existing web pages to cater to internal stakeholder and business requirements.
Manage the day-to-day function of digital capability implementation, marketing, budget control, project oversight, and critical metric tracking. Lead all aspects of creation of content and SEO projects for the brand.
Review technologies and explore new developments in the landscape to find ways in which American Express can be ahead of the industry
Provide strong analytical capabilities by implementing key performance metrics for each program, evaluate the efficiency of those programs. Deliver timely campaign results and summary reports
Work closely with cross functional teams across Legal, compliance, brand & Public affairs & communication to ensure marketing activities remain aligned with American Express policies.
Past Experience & Academic background:
5 -10 years of work experience in financial services or e-commerce preferred.
Academic Background: MBA, Digital marketing specialization preferred.
Technical knowledge of Mobile App, web platforms, will be an added advantage.
PMP certification will also be an added advantage.
Amex systems and functions knowledge will be an added advantage
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Deep expertise and understanding of digital platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
Ability to conceptualize and implement customer experience digital projects while working with a cross functional team
Ability to work across business lines/geographies and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong numerical and analytical ability. Excellent understanding of campaign analytics and ability to draw data driven decisions.
Able to successfully analyze internal capabilities and identify and partner on digital solution implementation leading to better customer experience
Should have good communication skills, influencing skills and should be a self-starter
