Electronics/ElectricalExperience: 3-5 years of experience in the field of automationLocation: Pune Preferred Immediate JoinersJob Description:Need to have experience of integrating SCS, welding, sealant application with PLC, should be worked in India for 3-4 years and well versed with customer standard.Complete knowledge of Siemens PLC, Kuka Robot interfacing in India bodyshopProficient in PLC programming (LAD, Graph & STL) and should have excellent diagnostics skills Should have VASS- PLC certification so he can understand and correct modifications are required in hardware, PLC program, Safety circuit blocks and E-.plan. Experience in Electrical PLC panel design for welding, Control and Power distribution panelsExperience of optical interbus configuration in IBS CMD software; should have throughout knowledge of IBS CMD & Diag+ software for interbus configurationExpertise in SCADA development (WinCC) and should be able to develop/modify GUI as per customer requirements; also able to develop script in Visual basic & CWell known of customer standard SEW Drive programming software, able to modify AMA application programming for positioning mode.Expertise in HMI, WinCC flex programming and should be able to develop/modify GUI as per customer requirements.Capable of development of WinCC Advanced application (e.g. Server-Client application), Knowledge of Side panel & roof framer, SCS concept & programmingCreation of project documentation Skoda Auto as technological schemes for electrical hardware workshop and a technical evaluation of quotations.Proficient in development of complex logic (e.g. pointer, customer standard block modification/diagnostics)Need to have complete knowledge of Siemens safety PLC (Distributed safety) and able to work in customer standard programming.Candidate should have experience customer standards Group of companies, should have a sound knowledge of methods followed by customer standardsPC skills with high proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office products functionality.Communicating with Škoda Auto representatives (German is an advantage).The Engineer should have VASS 05- PLC standards certification. In case engineer is not VASS PLC certified but found technically ok to start the work and commits to get VASS certification in due period he would be considered for awarding order.In this case Certification needs to be completed within 6 months after starting tenure in customer. If he failed to complete certification then this contract will be foreclosedAny deviation in the above due to whatever reasons including but not limited to delays in Certifying Agencies, Delay due to Project priorities will be at the discretion of customer planning side to continue the contract without foreclosing.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹310,382.00 – ₹1,420,685.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune – 410501, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Selenium: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 10/03/2022
