Job Description : Global Operational Transfer Pricing Project Manager

What you’ll achieve
As a Global Operational Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be integral part of the Global Transfer Pricing Operations Team. In your role you will lead and/or participate in global projects working closely with multiple cross functional teams (legal, finance, treasury, accounting, FPnA, tax planning, etc.) as well as external advisors. The role of Operational Transfer Pricing is significantly growing with BEPS initiatives and subsequent legislative changes, which are taking place in multiple key countries across the globe.
You will:
Support design and development of the operational transfer pricing strategy and connect with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
Closely cooperate with Supply Chain Tax Planning Team and/or other teams in providing guidance on transactional pricing, controllership to ensure global consistency and compliance of transactional pricing with existing policy, TP strategy and TP documentation
Be integral part of TP Planning projects, lead operationalization of the transfer pricing strategy
Develop the E2E operational transfer pricing process, data, systems strategy
Responsible for project management and management of key stakeholders, ensuring that delivery of transfer pricing transformation processes are managed effectively and alignment with all business and finance stakeholders as well as finance transformation team

Essential Requirements
8+ years of experience in Finance, Project Management or Related Roles
Previous experience in transfer pricing, operational role in finance, accounting, financial planning is a big plus
Strong financial analytical skillset including strong reporting/Excel background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Desirable Requirements
Master’s in Economics, Finance, etc. or CPA or similar
Previous experience with ERP systems, BI / reporting systems e.g. PowerBI, OBIEE and similar
