Job Description
We are currently hiring for an accountant for OYO International.
Role & Responsibility :
Supporting the Booking Creation Process Booking creation/modification.
Invoicing Creation of invoices, sending them to clients, follow up on remittances, chasing payments
BTC Payment Mapping Allocation of correct amounts to respective booking IDs.
Supporting in preparing Contract/Agreements.
Supporting the Sales Team day to day. Out of office cover for DM and MM on a some weekend and holiday.
Property level damages recovery coordination with hotel and client/agent for timely recoveries/payments
Coordination with stock and shifting team to release inventory.
Database maintenance and clean up for stock and new client primary market research
