Job Description : Work alongside physicians to provide personalized care.Booking Appointment with patients, Managing physician calendar and following up with patientsResponsible for seamless patient experienceCalling Patients and Convincing them about our servicesAssist in care coordination of the patient experienceThe Patient Access Rep is instrumental in helping the patient feel at ease whileCollaborating with the Doctor/ Physician throughout the patient’s visit.Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental andOrganization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.Additional Responsibilities Provides a variety of clerical and filing duties in Sprint Medical E-ClinicsDuties may include photocopying, faxing, filing, maintenance, and transportation ofmedical records, answering the telephone, computer data entry, and other duties as assigned.Billing, collection, and charge entry functions as assigned.
