We are looking to hire an experienced Medical Coders with
Certification : Any certification from AHIMA / AAPC with active credentials
Speciality Needed : E/M, ED, SDS, Denial

Responsibilities:
Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes
Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations.
Follow up with the provider on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear.
Communicate with other clinical staff regarding documentation.
Search for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual.
Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy.
Review the previous day’s batch of patient notes for evaluation and coding.
Ensure that all codes are current and active.
Requirements:
Min 1 to 5 Years experience in Medical Coding
Education Any Graduate
Successful completion of a certification program from AHIMA or AAPC.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Familiarity with ICD-10 & CPT codes and procedures
Solid oral and written communication skills
Able to work independently.
Notice Period:
Immediate 30days.
Salary Ranges:
Coding Analyst role – 3 LPA to 5 LPA
Shift Timings: (WFH during Covid)
Should be flexible to work in shifts (early morning or general)
Should be okay to work in staggered week-off / rosters in a 5-day working model
