Job mission:
Cohesity offers a web-scale, hybrid cloud infrastructure for data management. This data under management needs good telemetry and data pipeline leading to use cases covering observability, data analytics, security and self healing infrastructure. This disciple is relatively new in Coehsity and as part of this core team, you will be solving some of the most interesting problems that will motivate and challenge you.
Key responsibility/ Objectives:
Architect, design, develop and maintain next generation data pipelinesCollaborate with product management, other cross functional leads and teams on both
technical and business strategy to shape the downstream use cases
Make Cohesity world wide deployments run autonomously with a self healing control loopDrive accountability for test driven development, delivery of high quality features and
resilient enterprise class solutions
Lead a culture of team ownership and direct individual and team accountability to
continuously improve how they work and achieve results
Participating in Agile development scrum ceremonies.
Skills/ Experiences:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience in building large scale distributed systems.Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech or M.Tech) from a premium instituteIn depth knowledge of programming languages, preferred is GoLangStrong data structures, design, algorithms, coding skills, analytical and problem solving skillsA fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepowerExperience with Cloud native services is a mustExperience in at least one of these tools: kafka, prometheus, kubernetes
