As a Business Development Manager, you will manage customer relationships and drive partnerships, growth, and innovation.

This position is based at the Amazon Office in Gurgaon, with travel as required.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Data analysis, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and Amazon’s advertising solutions to create holistic marketing strategies for brands by working with senior decision-makers on the customer side.
Develop strategic plans, prepare and conduct strategic & consultative presentations.
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with brands and media agencies at all levels with an aim to expand the partner ecosystem.
Grow ad revenue from your customer cohort by offering great insights, engagement and service.
Build scale into the business development function by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, program and marketing teams) to develop joint business plans and contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Amazon’s ad products and services.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a business development/ad sales role managing large accounts across categories.
Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders with individually developed concepts
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
Ability to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.
