ABOUT THE TEAM:

RealPage is looking to add a Software Engineer to our fast growing company! As the Software Engineer you will have a great opportunity to design and build new applications while learning also from legacy applications, learn and use new technologies that are fit to product’s need, and most of all will be able to work with awesome people and great management team.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferred from Finance & Accounting domain with good
Advanced to Expert knowledge in MS Excel and Excel VBA Macros, who is specialized in developing complex & manual VBA coding.
Good to have Basics to Advanced Power-BI Knowledge.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and document existing and after development processes and exceptions.
Resolve & respond to all queries received from various stakeholders within Turn Around Times.
Able to Identify, drive and complete Process/Quality and Efficiency Improvements/Projects.
Should be able to deliver trainings to F&A employees on Advanced MS Excel and Excel VBA Macros.
Must have Excellent Verbal, Non-Verbal Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel.
Assists, manages & meet deadlines on assigned/special projects/adhoc operational activities & serve as a backup for various projects/assignments.
Ensure to develop and provide accurate reports & supporting documents to various Stakeholders.
Conduct process reviews to eliminate duplication of activities and reduction in cost.

Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Quality Management.
