Job Description : Payroll / Operation Executive: · Knowledge of Salary Calculation with advance excel formulas· Statutory compliances of labour laws such as ESIC, EPF,· Kowledge of UAN No and ESIC registration· Responsible for handling all statutory compliance of contract labour as per labour law.· Preparation of salary and PF, ESIC, ER forms of all workers.· Ensure timely payment to all employees in accordance with legal compliances.· Contract Labour Management· Administering payment of salaries & wages, advance in time· Handling day to day disciplinary affairs, daily grievances of laboures.· Entire payroll administration with all statutory compliance.Salary : 15,000/- to 20,000/-Education : B.com / BBA (Experience in payroll processing would be given first preference)Experience : 3 to 4 years in payroll administrationLocation : HaziraVacancy : 01Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)
