Job Description : Job Specification for Academic Counselor:Conducting detail profile assessment of student interested in abroad studies and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where his /her chances of getting admission is high.Assisting for students with University selection, application, visa applications and accommodation.Assistance with activities to promote overseas educational institutionFollow up with high potential leadsAdvises students about admission and program requirements for undergraduate, diploma, and graduate programsMake outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in studying in UK.Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.Counselling and consulting students throughout enrolment process through e-mail and phone.Managing student applications from original enquiry through to paymentWorking with prospective students, applicants and their families to provide high quality advising on university/school admission requirements, academic programs, and school life.Managing a company-generated CRM database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.Desired Candidate ProfileOutstanding oral and written communication in English language.Proven experience of minimum 1 years.Preference will be given to immediate joiners.Should know basic excel, pdf merge, spilt and extractionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceSchedule:UK shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceSchedule:UK shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All staff are required to wear mask and have covid vaccination
