Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Join us as a Production Services SME to shape and drive Production Service (PS) delivery capability based out of Pune.
You will have a good understanding of portfolio of services delivered by PS to the FSG Tech partners and you will be the single point of contact for managing production stability, end user service delivery and vendor partner management in the location collaborating with key SME’s and senior service delivery leads across development and support functions.
You will be responsible for BAU Production Service functions such as
Incident and Problem Management
Acceptance into Service /Service Change
RtB budget forecasting and management
Scheduled event coordination (e.g. DR testing, QMW, building power-downs, change freezes etc)
Providing standardized production stability and metrics reporting demonstrating stability improvements and production control/risk management
The role offers excellent opportunity to extend the penetration of Automation and Machine Learning tools. This role will also provide oversight as required to significant operations undertaken by vendor partners in Pune.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
You will have prior work experience/ sound knowledge supporting Finance business including Product control, Finance & Regulatory reporting functions
You have 4-7 years of relevant experience in User Production Support with a mix of internal and outsourced staff
University degree from premier institute preferably in IT or Banking
Sound technical knowledge of Unix, Java, Oracle and Informatica is required. Familiarly with any of the following technology Big Data/Hadoop domain and Python/Spark/R language is desirable
Experience in owning and driving strategic-initiative to improve service quality and efficiency through automation
A demonstrated ability in expectation management, timely communication and vendor resource and service management
Good communication skills in English that enable you to engage global business partners & other IT stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
